How a run works
The same stage names you see while a run is generating. A run can take several minutes.
1 profile
Read the title and abstract. Write purpose, mechanism, method, and keywords.
2 queries
The model writes four to six short OpenAlex queries from that profile.
3 retrieve
Search each query, rank about twelve bases, then hop the top three references of each base.
4 pdf
Optional. Only if you turn it on. Reads OpenAlex open-access PDFs. Off by default.
5 graph
Extract triples with five relations and draw a target-centered graph.
6 contexts
Score edges against the profile and keep up to four compact graph contexts.
7 generate
Plan directions, write findings, drop invented edges, rank four, hide the rest as candidates.
